Transformation consulting

Is your transformation programme actually landing?

Large-scale change fails more often than it succeeds. Mintkforge helps you plan, execute, and sustain transformation so the investment pays off.

Talk about your transformation

What makes transformation so hard to execute well

Transformation is the word organisations reach for when the change they need is too large and too cross-functional to manage as a project. A restructure that touches four departments. A digitalisation programme that changes how every team captures data. A post-merger integration that has to merge two entirely different cultures before the market notices the disruption. These efforts fail — frequently — because the technical design is treated as the whole job. It isn't. Resistance, misalignment at the middle-management level, and the slow drift back to old habits after the steering committee disbands are what actually kill transformations. Our transformation practice addresses the full picture: we help you design the change, build the governance structure to manage it, equip the leaders who have to carry it, and track whether it's sticking long after the consultants have left.

How a transformation engagement is structured

A phased approach that keeps leadership in control at every stage.

Phase 1 — Design

We scope the transformation with your leadership team, define what success looks like in measurable terms, identify stakeholder groups and their starting positions, and agree the governance model before any change goes live.

Phase 2 — Mobilise

We help you build the internal capability to carry the transformation forward — briefing middle managers, designing communication cascades, and establishing the rhythm of check-ins that keeps the programme honest.

Phase 3 — Execute

Working alongside your team through the change itself — tracking milestones, surfacing problems early, adjusting the plan when reality diverges from the design, and keeping momentum when energy dips.

Phase 4 — Embed

The phase most programmes skip. We stay engaged — at reduced intensity — for 60 to 90 days after the formal programme ends to confirm the new way of working has genuinely replaced the old one.

Our digital transformation had been stalled for 18 months under a previous firm — good technical plan, zero organisational buy-in. Mintkforge came in at Phase 2 and rebuilt the entire change management approach. Eight months later the system was live and, more importantly, people were actually using it consistently.
