A lot of businesses have a strategy document. Far fewer have a strategy that shapes day-to-day decisions. The gap between the two is almost never about intelligence — it's about clarity, prioritisation, and honest conversation about trade-offs. Our strategy engagements typically run eight to twelve weeks and follow a structured rhythm: a diagnostic phase where we interview leadership, review performance data, and map the competitive landscape; a synthesis phase where we identify the two or three pivots that would most change your trajectory; and a planning phase where we translate those pivots into a 12-to-18-month roadmap with clear owners, milestones, and decision triggers. The work is done in close collaboration with your team — we don't lock ourselves in a room and reappear with a finished deck. You're in the room with us.

Strategic Priorities Document
A concise brief — typically 8 to 12 pages — naming the three to five priorities your business will pursue over the next 18 months, with explicit rationale for what was deprioritised and why.
Execution Roadmap
A quarter-by-quarter action plan tied to the priorities, with owners assigned, interdependencies mapped, and early warning indicators defined so you know when to course-correct before it's too late.
Decision Log
A record of every significant choice made during the engagement — what options were considered, what data drove the decision, and what conditions would cause us to revisit it.
90-Day Review Session
Three months after handover we sit back down with your leadership team, review progress against the roadmap, and flag any assumptions that have shifted. Included at no additional charge.
What strategy consulting doesn't fix
We'll say this plainly: a strategy engagement won't rescue a business with a fundamentally broken product or a leadership team that isn't willing to make hard calls. Our work amplifies clarity and execution capacity — it can't substitute for either. We also don't do investor pitch decks dressed up as strategy, and we won't validate a decision that's already been made if the data points elsewhere. If you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, we're the wrong firm. If you want an honest read on where to focus and why, we're a good fit.
